The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) invites stakeholders to provide comments on the Draft Department Administrative Order (DAO) regarding Supplemental Technical Regulations on DAO 22-06 of 2022 and DAO 24-02 of 2024 on the Mandatory Product Certification of Vaporized Nicotine and Non-Nicotine Products.
